*We recommend washing the cloth before first use.

Soak the cloth in warm water, the warmer the better.

Start with using the side with the shorter fibres to erase makeup, then flip and use the side with the longer fibres to gently exfoliate your skin in a circular motion.

Rinse the cloth and hang to dry between uses. Machine wash approx every 1-2 weeks or when needed with any load of laundry.

The cloth is dryer safe.
At NATURAbody we know that you will fall in love with our products, but if for any reason you don't, we want you to know that majority of our products can be returned & refunded if you are unsatisfied with it and it is returned within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within seven days of receiving the product, and the product must be within our Fair use guidelines (see below) It must also be in the original packaging.

NATURAbody goes above & beyond the Australian Consumer Law by providing a satisfaction guaranty on the majority of our products, to qualify for a full refund the product returned must not be more than 30% used

(i.e. if you purchase a 220gm body scrub and use up to 30% the returned amount should not be less then 154gm.)

Outside of our satisfaction guaranty, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on unreasonably opened and used products.
